We use family values and professional expertise to deliver maximum returns
Lusso Tesoro has its foundations in a family-run asset management business, whose directors have an experienced track record in delivering impressive returns from the distressed property sector.
Significantly, we have appointed and are supported by the world’s experts in mining, geology, law and financial regulation, including leading professionals from global firms, such as SRK Group, Ernst & Young LLP, Fieldfisher LLP and Triay Lawyers (Gibraltar).
The family owners have spent the past eight years building unrivalled contacts and trust among local tribal elders, politicians and government decision makers in the Republic of Guinea, where there still exists considerable untapped reserves of the world’s most precious commodity.
While many of our competitors exited the Country during the Ebola crisis and recent coronavirus pandemic, leaving the mining sector financially vulnerable, we decided to stay on the ground, and remain committed to local communities. This has put Lusso Tesoro in pole position when it comes to identifying and purchasing distressed gold mines when they get into financial difficulty.
We have unparalleled, preferential access to the market, at a time when the value of gold is at a record high and more important to the global economy than ever before. We have legally secured three gold mining concessions in the Siguiri Basin in the Republic of Guinea, extending to 180 km2 of mineral rich land.
Our strategy for multiple mines spreads the risk and boosts the potential returns for investors. We also target smaller mining concessions which further mitigates the risk to the Company.
Our presence on the ground in the Republic of Guinea also means that other potential mines are continually being investigated, in order to fit the strategy of building a long term portfolio of profitable sites.
